Riven Phoenix did a series called The Structure of Man. The series has over 200 videos and progresses from very simple techniques to completely detailed human forms and even monster characters. I purchased the series a couple of years ago and continue to reference it in my art today. I consider it invaluable for all of the techniques and thinking processes it has taught me. Here are a few of the beginning lessons for you.
